About Jana

Recently featured in Top Agent Magazine, Jana Barrett is a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional who has called the Gunnison Valley home for more than 35 years. Raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma, she graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Economics before moving to Crested Butte, where her family's own background building and selling homes in Oklahoma became a career on the mountain.

Jana works throughout Gunnison County, listing outlying ranches and hunting properties alongside residential homes, condos and commercial listings, and holds a 95% rate of returning and referral clients. She has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert and E-Certified Pro designations, along with Luxury Home Specialist, Chairman's Circle, President's Circle and Leading Edge Society recognition.

She is affiliated with Bluebird Real Estate, LLC, a member of Luxury Portfolio International, working alongside broker/owner Bud Bush out of the firm's office on Elk Avenue in downtown Crested Butte.
